In 1993 Mr. Moriel founded the Law Offices of David D. Moriel, APLC with the vision of providing high-quality representation combined with state of the art technology to achieve client objectives.

Mr. Moriel’s practice focuses on trust and probate estate litigation where heirs or other interested parties challenge the validity of a trust or will, prosecution of claims to estate assets, and creditor’s claims against a decedent’s estate for unpaid debts or liabilities.

Mr. Moriel received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1992 and his B.A. in History from UCLA in 1989.  Mr. Moriel was a member of the UCLA Men’s Gymnastics team and four time All American.  Mr. Moriel was an NCAA National Champion on the high bar and a member of the US National Team from 1983 to 1989.

Mr. Moriel was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Moriel has lived in both Spain and Italy where he cultivated relationships that led to his representation of clients with cross-national issues between California and Latin America and European jurisdictions. Mr. Moriel has presided as a Judge Pro-Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court and was a fee arbitrator for the Los County Bar Association.
